There is a ground floor flat in my area for £87K. The rightmove blurb says "early viewing is highly recommended." Gosh should I move fast if I'm interested? Perhaps there's no reason to rush though. The property has been adverstised like that for well over six months.
There is another phrase I'm seeing more and more: "possession by order of the mortgagees". That's a reposssed property.
