Cashless Society.

Daily Mail: Every petrol pump 'will be prepay by 2011'

A little bit of topic for this site but very very important all the same.
Here are some of the readers comments on the article in question.
"Another reason why people pay in cash is that they work in the 'cash economy'. A side benefit of this proposal will be to make the payments more traceable as the transactions will appear in a bank account."
"This is the New World Order ,In cashless society you can be controlled competely. If you step out of line, your money is switched off.
Would you really trust anyone in the "Government" to have that kind of power over you."
As with the Housing Crash and the Global Economic Crisis(WHICH HAS BEEN ENGINEERED)you can see where we are heading

This is great news lets digitize everything then we can all be controoled from a computer terminal. Maybe the kid who controls the M45 speed limits (lets watch the traffic slow down down to 50 Mph enter - I'm bored now lets speed things up again to 70 enter) can also control money supply from his bedroom - more money enter - house prices go up - less money enter - everyones in debt and enslaved. Don't you just feel like your in a ants nest and your owner (GB) has decided to build a moat round the food just to give him something to watch.

It's hardly a New World Order; just making sure fair's fair and no crims get away without paying their taxes. Most people pay their taxes fairly, so why should Dwayne and Chantelle in the council estate next door live off benefits while also making cash flogging tat at car boot sales?

Infamous criminal mastermind Al Capone was ultimately convicted for tax evasion, not for of his many other crimes. That was in the 1930s. Not exactly a "new" world order is it?

At least when everything was cash if you wanted to steal it you had to rob a bank and risk getting your head blown off, now you can sit in your flat in lagos and steal millions while doing no more than pressing a few buttons on your laptop, happy days indeed for criminals and politicians.

This measure probably has more to do with preventing 'fill-up and run' crime, especially when fuel is so expensive.

Nonsense. Fill up and run crime? They already photo the number plate! This is part of the United Nation's stated policy, to eliminate private transport, and its about training us for a cashless, controlled society.

next when we all have to do our exercises in front of the telescreen, we'll say the government just want to keep us fit and healthy.
