Well, it keeps the mileage down before you sell them....

Mail On Sunday: It’s a Mini crisis... estate agents’ runarounds lay idle

It is either the starting grid for the inaugural estate agents’ championship rally or a very sorry comment on the state of the housing market.....A spokeswoman for Foxtons {read as Doris who bothered to answer the phone...} denied business was slow and said the cars were parked while estate agents were in the office preparing for viewings.

walked past several estate agents at the weekend, girls sitting texting friends, chatting, drinking coffee, we went into one agents and nearly had 4 staff jump us and pin us down... it was awful.. it is clear they are very quiet...lol

solution to this.. ask your clients to drop prices.. DOH

A Crash - perfect!!!

WV, I believe a 'Greenbay' is the collective noun for a large development of MDF "luxury apartments" in Cardiff Bay!

I've seen their main headquarters. Every week there are less people in the building. They wont last much longer. One of the people I work with was overlooking their building the other week, they had a big meeting in the center of the room just as he was leaving for lunch. Turns out they were making a bunch of people redundant.

It amazes me how many EAs still seem prepared to let vendors set the pace re asking prices...many on this site predicted that EAs wouldn't let themselves go under and would force lower prices on stubborn/greedy sellers....well plenty (I forget the exact amount) have gone out of business already and yet still in my local EA's crummy little 2 bedroom flats in Croydon are 'asking' close to 200 grand. I guess the penny will drop eventually but it's a slog..

The congestion charge is probably too much to pay to hear "We got a few more to see on with other agents, so we'll get back to you".

I work in Acton and nearby there's a lockup garage with 100s of Foxton's minis. They're removing the branding and I guess selling them on. Not only have they crashed the property market but they're also putting a dent in the market for minis

The picture of the long row Foxton cars parked up, sporting their latest fleet livery, looks like the circus is in town. What a bunch of clowns.

I was c0ck a hoop about a few closing down on Northcote road in the heart of middle class over-paying capital of Wandsworth.

However, unfortunately one has been replaced by a Cath Kidson.
