Poxtons minis lay idle
London Evening Standard: It's a Mini crisis... estate agents' runarounds lay idle
It is either the starting grid for the inaugural estate agents' championship rally or a very sorry comment on the state of the housing market.
Here, parked up in a layby near Hampstead Heath, are no fewer than seven cars belonging to the agent Foxtons.

When they sell them will they describe them as: Up and coming and sort after vehicles, for the young professional, close to local amenities, excellent investment opportunity, comes with full tank of petrol, 6 months tax, full MOT, one careful owner......

Collectors items of the future, previously driven by a soon to be extinct species - just think what Matchbox and Corgi cars are now worth

Whostole, I'm sure that they will market them as an appreciating asset. Perhaps you could buy one and let it on to a young executive type..... How about taking a loan out to buy it, then paying the loan off with the rent from your young executive. How's that for a business plan?
