some would say LAW is a tool of POWER
The Canadian book/film 'The Corporation' dealt with this three years ago and has a following.
It brought about a consensus of opinion that if the legal ID of a corporation (limited company in English) were to be viewed as a human person it would be a PSYCHOPATH.
The authors stopped short of suggesting that psychopaths created a psychopathic model, but that is the view of another group of people who study Political Ponerology.
The legal profession like the police and scientists, often find themselves caught between a hard placed rock and the deep sea, but undoubtedly there are eliments within who are as pliable as most politicians.

Very inciteful Malct. So, a world dominated by corporations will develop a psychopathic rule of law. Presumably, the people, led by ethics, would produce the opposite. If that is the case, the ethics s2r talks of would be the embodyment of people asserting themselves, manifested in a new ethical, human led legal system.
