Hard times for EAs
Telegraph: Housing transactions slump to lowest in 30 years, says RICS
"According to RICS, 88pc more surveyors thought house prices fell during June compared with those who saw a rise, although this was an improvement from the 92.2pc more who saw falls in April."
Smoke RICS. Gives you just that little bit more.

I suppose they must mean "Estate Agent Businesses"?
So is the figure per office or company or ...
