After reading this article my eyes are opened to something that I hadn't know before and I want to apologize to those I may have offended by making remarks about Londoners coming to the countryside and being a real help.
I really meant people settling with their families in villages and telecommuting and becoming part of the community not these second home owning locusts described in this article.
I think the Brits should stay away from Spain now, because if this is happening in Britain, imagine what will happen in Spain?

The first they need to do is charge 150% council tax on second homes. If you're not living there, you're contributing to local economy.
