One agent said 'at least 60 per cent of rental leases were being renewed' which translates as somewhere between 30-40% weren't.
She complains that lettings agents didn't call her back... generally they don't. Remember, if you don't want rent this gaffe, the next sap through the door probably will.

Those two statements seem to contradict each other somewhat, if the 3 that phone back had no properties, how did they view dozens of properties.

Perhaps we should import some European Girls and set up special courses for hen pecked husbands to bring their nagging wives to, so they can be educated into the benefits of renting in a falling market.
