so called experts changing their minds by the day..personally I would say 15 years to hit the 2008 highs

So they can work out when rock bottom is can they?
Funny that, since nearly off them didnt even predict where we all are now 2 years ago.
So basically they are saying 18 months. That is just a stupid thing to say and is only driven by a desire to look after their own skins.
