Falling demand from the financial sector has led to the volume of vacant office space in the City of London nearly doubling over the past 12 months.

Walked around the City last year. There was empty property absolutely everywhere.
Huge building behind the Bank of England for a start.
Could count a few million spare square feet within a single road .....
