Against the run of play, surely?
Standard: Steel tycoon buys third property on Billionaire's Row
Lakshmi Mittal, Britain's richest man and a prominent Labour Party donor, has bought his third property in London's most expensive street for £70 million. £70million is probably just loose change. Prices dropping 20% would probably be the same as him losing his wallet. lol.

So that's the solution to keeping the bubble inflated - give everyone a pot of cash the size of Mr Mittal's...

Even in a falling market some people want to buy. The rich aren't all as intelligent as us ;-)

Filthy Rich Capitalists like Mittal couldn't care less about what they pay for something as long as they can have it, intelligence has nothing whatever to do with it!

£70M - That'll do wonders for average London property prices. Next we'll see: "Prices UP in London!".

Mittal is a multibillionaire, even if the value of the property halves, he won't care - he's not going to wait on the sidelines to save a few million, if he wants a something he'll buy it, now.

Good grief Enuii (4). "Filthy Rich Capitalists like Mittal couldn't care less about what they pay for something as long as they can have it, intelligence has nothing whatever to do with it!"
That sounds like a line from the Young Ones.
Maybe, just maybe, Mittal is a successful entrepreneur who's made his money from nothing using his guile and wits ...and intelligence.
He has so much money he doesn't need to worry about losing the odd million - GOOD ON HIM!
