Makes the blood run cold to even think about this. When they've sold and are renting they have a max of 6 months (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) before they're kicked out and the property sold for a profit or rented out on a more profitable multiple occupancy basis. Then, because of their bad credit etc they can't even rent another place and end up in a local gov B&B.
As you hint at confused76, this needs serious regulation and fast.

There are hundreds of companies now, just flicking though my LOCAL newspaper there are 9 ADVERTS for different sale and rent back / mortgage rescue only 2 of 9 have websites, which seems unusual uk repo stoppers and npp. The other 7 also have big bold ads, but I suspect they are 1 man band BTL'ers trying to cash in because most of them have mobile numbers!!!!!!!!!
