Buggeration! Last quarter there was a 4.5% fall in my area, this time it shows a 7.5% rise in the quarter. So I'm guessing local figures are subject to a wide margin of error?

When you look through the figures it is obvious that flats are leading the crash. For the last quarter:
Rugby: -12.0% overall, -18.8% for flats
Solihull: -13.8% overall, -23.6% for flats

I believe these are average prices of houses sold. Therefore, they are dependant on the value and type of those properties.

Ahh, good to see Scotland isn't immune like some of my mates seem to reckon.
