Only the cream of Cornwall's homes are holding their price

Knight Frank are eternal optimists, but do they live in the real world. They constantly tell us that our region will not be hurt. If the bulk of buyers cease to come to the West Country to buy their second homes anymore, then why would the clever rich buyers ignore what is going on benteath them in the market - after all even the rich have to sell on to someone else. It makes no sense at all for the rich just to throw their money away - does it?
