Market Oracle: Failure of US Brand of Capitalism

The four insolvent pillars to the USEconomy: federal budget, current account (trade) deficit, bank capital, and homeowner equity point to imminent desperation in policy, all directed toward mammoth unprecedented monetary inflation. THE GLOBAL ENERGY WAR THAT STARTED IN 2003 IN IRAQ HAS NOW EXPANDED INTO A GLOBAL WAR OF CAPITAL

If this does get to be as bad as it sounds, i cannot imagine putting cash, stocks and shares any where and it be safe, surely there will be a break down of society as we know it, with survival being number 1 priority, and a can of baked beans from Aldi being worth more than gold..Maybe as you have said before S2R1 thats where we are heading anyhow, it's just rapidly speeding up before our eyes, but still many are still blind! Now must dash to tesco's and stock up on beans and check my life insurance! LOL

I came across a common purpose mole yesterday, on a policy issue, she said that we needed a standard, london wide approach to something that is clearly local, and said, i quote, 'we have a common purpose here' everybody else was disgusted, fortunately.

Not this year I hope.
If the Calleman/Lungold and Armstrong models are right then we will come pretty close in 2011.

You need to understand that the destruction process is a necessary part of change.

But maybe a destruction, or transformation of the power structure may surprise all, by causing weath for us! Bildeburg and federal reserve avoid scrutiny because they couldn't sustain it. Take away the thieves and destruction could be relatively peaceful.

The real destruction is of consciousness. I was chatting to parliament Sq protesters yest. They said its like a child discovering the santa lie. Discovering that the leaders are conspiring to steal our freedom&money.you loose sleep but can't go back.

Then you begin to internalise Jefferson's words, that the price of freedom is constant vigilance, to recognise that evil only needs good people to do nothing for it to thrive. That is a foundation for the ethical society that we crave.

Did you tell them about Calleman/Lungold's model. Probably best not. If they realised that all this was predetermined then they would just sit on their a*se and do nothing, and somebody has to do it. So if you had tried to explian the model they would not have understood you because the time is not ready.

Actually, they got rather excited, and i said that following their intuition was all they needed to do when they said they feel overwhelmed by info to read. Then we just discussed their flyers, which promote independent news sources.

Yawn... See, this is why this is dangerous. Possibly as a result of s2r1's 'advice' and his 'models' (which aren't actually models because they don't provide falsifiable predictions and only work on a post hoc ergo propter hoc basis), rocket robbie has over-extended in gold. *Never put all your wealth in one asset class*. That's just basic common sense. Common sense of course, is something entirely alien to s2r1.

Looks like LAW has made POWER become more ETHICAL again.

Ooooooooooh this is getting exciting.

Everyone I know has no idea of the implications of recent events or simply the occurance of recent events!!. Let alone looking into whats behind them. Its as if they think things are just gonna keep on like they have been, forever. Either that or they're just choosing not to look.

13. planning4acrash said... "the price of freedom is constant vigilance, to recognise that evil only needs good people to do nothing for it to thrive".

Agreed, but has it gone to far. Even when the people are forced to see reality they wont know who to blame or who to follow.

planning4acrash, or anyone

Any idea when the next protest is? Or are they down there with Brian Haw? (gotta hand it to that guy!) Is there somewhere that you can find the dates of protests? I'm currently studying photography. As it happens the theme for my portfolio is change. Those protests could make for some great shots

s2r1, keep picking dates. May 16, 6 July, I'm sure sooner or later you'll get one right! You will, of course, be wrong on the one falsifiable prediction you've ever given (gold at $1500 at the end of June).

By the way - rather than go for gold, have a Bud. (nudge, nudge)

Just a small warning on gold stocks. They are paper certificates, nothing more than the same as fiat paper currency, a promise to pay.

If you hold stocks, make sure you have the certificates.

Bullion is the safest and most secure way to protect yourself.
