Bradford & Bingley Plc, the U.K.'s
biggest lender to landlords, fell to an all-time low as Panmure
Gordon & Co. said the economic outlook worsened ``significantly.''
Bradford & Bingley dropped 16 percent to 112 pence, the
lowest close since its initial public offering in December 2000,
valuing the bank at 692 million pounds ($1.3 billion). Edinburgh-
based HBOS Plc, Britain's biggest mortgage lender, dropped 1.4
percent, and Leicester-based Alliance & Leicester declined 2.4
percent in London trading.
