This will be fun if the Governent gets involved

Telegraph: Industry urges Government to act over Grangemouth strike

Industry wants the Governement to intervene in the Grangemouth strike "at the higest level". Oh to be a fly on the wall in those discussions!
Gordon: Come come man I here these money purchase pension schemes are quite good
Unite: If you hadn't robbed the pensions funds this might never have happened
Gordon: Oh now man, your getting all hot and bothered over nothing, I never worry about my pension
Unite: Thats because MP's pension are gold plated idexed linked final salary schemes.. Why don't you lead by example and close the MP's final salary pension scheme!
Gordon: Now what good what that do?
Unite: It would make you MP's take an interest in economic matters!
Oh will Gordon take the plunge?

If WE ARE looking for a crisis to intiate some CHANGE, panic buying of fuel and possibly food may well play a significant part.
May is going to be interesting to say the least

The single issue that has predominantly background driven the house price inflation bubble is pensions.

The pension crisis that is going to hit this country with a bang is the single issue that politicians (especially socialist ones) will not currently discuss never mind face up to. The trouble is that once the unthinking masses wake up to the problem it will be too late and it will be the state they will look to for support.

This issue and the future voter tying benefits dependancy of one of the largest voting groups is in my view entirely engineered by Frankfurt School Socialists building all powerful EU superstate based around German political ideals.

In summary the socialist EU does not like or want masses of free thinking financially independant citizens.

S2Rent, do you think proper political chaos will ensue from a disconnected understanding of the consequences of the fiscal policy (inflation), or from an integrated understanding of the causes of the crisis (money printing and the lack of monetarism?). I feel that revolution cannot come without a proper critique of the system. We've only a few months till November, can it happen in that time?!

Whilst November 2008 marks the end of the fifth night, it is the mid-point where the change of consciousness takes place.
May 16 is that mid-point.

Remember I said I had mapped WW2 battles (previous fifth night) into this fifth night.

The Battle for stalingrad maps to 12-20 May 2008. This was the turning point of WW2.It may also be the turning point in this information war.

Had some real intuition earlier this month. For those who believe that the current US presidential cadidates will get exposed for the corrupt people they are, and that Ron Paul will shine through in the end, it might be worth getting a bet on him to win

See oddschecker (you can still get 250-1)
http://www.oddschecker.com/specials/politics-and-election/us-presidential-election/to-be-elected-president

The odds have fallen from 600-1 earlier this month. So clearly there are more people believing in him.
If the odds go lower then he may start to get more coverage in the mainstream press, which is what he wants.
It could be a self-fullfilling prophecy.

Disclaimer: Please bet only what you can afford to lose as I could be wrong here.

"Industry urges Government to act over Grangemouth strike"

Should that not be, "Industry urges Government to act, per se"?

There is a huge pressure from the highest in the land to keep final salary pensions working. That is why a couple of thousand people have left the country short of a third of its energy needs and the governement have done nothing. Why not? Because if they changed the laws. They would be without a final salary option themselves also the police. So these well paid people have been allowed to bring this country into a dangerous situation. I detested the woman but given the choice I would vote for another Maggie
