The 'get rich quick' brigade move into BTL - the new 'inside track'?

win property investing: WIN Investing

These people seem even more humourless - with far bigger promises - than Inside Track....you know it's the end of the road when websites like this start appearing......
''....Like to become a investment millionaire, in 3-5 years or less, and never have to work again
Like the security of a regular monthly income from just a few hours work a week
Like to learn simple proven property investment strategies anyone can use (whatever your background, financial status or credit rating)
Like to get rid of your debts once and for all … and have a realistic money-making system to help you achieve all your financial goals, FAST...''

Wow, they have got dates all over the country. they must have put down deposits (non refundable) to hire the venues. Last date is 25th June. Don't think you will hear from them again after that date.

These people are a con and remember its only a very very small percentage are going to suceed. I should know as I was sucked into one of these WIN Invest seminars by my friend about share-dealing. You were bascially just brain-washed most by them idiots but I was pretty switched on and backed out. Just purchase a few books instead and read up on it.

A fool and his money are soon parted. Anybody who falls for these scams deserves what they get, pretty much. I wonder if the people behind it actually believe in it themselves, like Stuart Law of Assetz seems to believe his own bullsh*t.

Not sure how these clubs work? Do you first get brainwashed then pointed in the direction of a property developer or estate agancy?

I guess there are no safe guards in this, and when the bubble burst, the likes of Inside Track, the developers and estate agencies have shut up shop and moved on to other hunting grounds - or gone to their bolt holes in Jersey.

My brother-in-law lives and works in southern Spain, and says all the sales agents are disappearing and building work slowing......he said he thinks they have moved on to the Cape Verde Islands - with the rest of the sharks!

This is the one I want to see go under:

http://www.cukpi.com/

Would you believe it - these guys had leaflets in the bagel shop opposite where I work in the city of london claiming that there was no risk to your investment - deposit fully paid etc etc.

Scumbags - however, as drewster says, it's a form of financial natural selection so maybe in the long run it serves a purpose in the big scheme...

I guess the guy has made so much money from investing in property that he doesn't need any more, and was probably looking for someqhere to spend his money - and all that spare time he's got from not working - before he decided to build a really crap website to occupy himself.

I think everyone should register on their website and reserve a place for the course, just to waste his money. Of course don't bother to attend it unless you have a lot of time or OK to answer all thier sale calls.

Actually i was quite interested to hear what the stock version had to say. I've heard the ads make money when they are going up down or sideways. Fabuloso where do i sign? But i wondered what they were advocating - butterfly spreads? Writing out the money's ?
