I am a bit confused by this. What exactly has it to do with HPC. The Express will be the last to quote negative equity in the housing market and it seems, from reading the article that homebuilders did rather well yesterday. And to say that the London market slipped into negative territory, when the fall on the Ftse was 3.5 points, not %, it is hardly groundbreaking, cataclysmic, headline making stuff. The Express are using the fear of HPC to sell papers, anyone reading 'negative territory' and 'market' are going to assume the article is about the Housing market. Just another cheap ploy by a cheap rag to sell copies. IGNORE.
