treesdontgrowtothesky.com is an excellent tool charting the property decline in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. It is a very regularly visited website and favourite of the folk posting within the extremely active Northern Ireland House Price Crash.co.uk Sub Forum. We even have a weekly sweepstake where we have to guess the number of weekly drops in Northern Irish property asking prices.
These web reports really put the power back in the hands of the consumer and in may cases I am more knowledgeable about the state of the local market than the Estate Agents I'm dealing with who haven't seen/don't want to see treesdontgrowtothesky.com
