Nice topics....but how long before it is getting the blame for negative sentiment from Krusty....the same as HPC?

RatAndMouse is a well-presented property-related blog with a focus on the London market. Unlike HPC it was never ahead of the game in predicting the crash or discussing the toxic effects of dubious lending. Lately it does look slightly more interesting, although personally I'll stick with HPC as my primary news source.
