That guy should get a real job. Expert indeed. A real expert would be looking at both sides of the coin and not just at how his own BTL are doing. Nobody is actually going to gain anything out of a housemarket crash, however lots of people will lose (like this guy) for being in denial.
He thinks there will be no crash until the olympics, and then we'll all have to wait for a recession!
