Yahoo: House prices fall by £45 per day - is this the time to selL?

"...is it time to sell?"

Yahoo pops the question at least 12 months too late. Should have logged on to HPC.com a little sooner.

Kirsty will still be blaming HPC for the crash years from now.

Yes Kirtsy, a site discussing house prices began the whole thing, we planned it and used the HPC to manipulate the news media and global financial markets, to bring and end to property shows.

Their Kirsty, we confess, does that make you happy?

I must confess that I was given a special assignment from the international banking cartel a few years ago, to accelerate the collapsing process of the housing bubble in the UK, by spreading the plausible scenario referring to the Japanese experience in the 90's to instigate the British public, mainly through this website. Forgive me, people.

Allsop is boasting that she has already signed up for future series of location...no doubt it will just be a different spin on how to use Kirsty and Phil's help in buying/selling in a 'challenging' (they will refuse to say falling) market. They will use it as a marketing ploy to gain viewers. Don't think they will have any shame..

We're renting a new house next month - maybe we should go for a 24 month agreement rather than 12 months to see us through the worst?

I suspect many life long conservatives will be worried about their judgement. This and bailing out house owners generally!

One does wonder if they believe in the free market now!

I wonder which will plummet fastest, house prices or viewer ratings?

No doubt it'll be focussing on the best ways to buy repossessed property cheaply and where to go in the country to avoid losing too much money - could be a hit as some people will still need to buy, be it a much, much smaller number.
