Utter tosh and "impartial" advert for Savills International in the FT

FT: Mortgage upheavals and long view of the markets

Listen to the impartial advice and invest in French property! Why? Because mortgages are easier to get abroad and prices continue to grow. Utter tosh but clearly demonstrates that even Savills does not see the point of investing in UK property anymore. Bye bye BTL!

Whatever our viewpoint on this, look at the Euro's strength against the Pound. If you have to fund your French mortgage form UK you have to expect some serious growth. What about the French economy? if Tony snuggles up to the French nuclear industry as a glorified salesman, whats their chances? perhaps Gordon Brown's next job is already being created too.
We will end up with a bankrupt world which is also radioactive.
Pooingmyself, well I have just passed my colon, liver and my entrails are to follow
