I don't think it's actually a scam site as such; you are paying them to collect together information about auctions that you could find for yourself but it may be more convenient to pay them to forward it all to you. There are plenty of firms that do this for commercial house auctions; we may all know about allsops & barnard marcus, but what about the small regional ones? May be a waste of money (I certainly wouldn't take out any of their "lifetime" subscriptions!), but not necessarily a scam.
