Second page in the Scotsman today; House prices will not crash in Scotland, Savilles predict 4.0% growth this year. I hate this paper, talk about narrow minded, polorised journalism. Asking a real estate agent if house prices are going to fall?!?
If RPI keeps where it is a fall in real terms anyway at 4.0%.
