The Times: Homes at risk as banks seek more security for credit card debt
Hundreds of thousands of indebted Britons are at risk of losing their homes if they fall behind on their credit card and personal loan repayments after moves by the high street banks to protect their weakening balance sheets.......

Oh good does thta mean those with early loan repayment charges and 15% Credit card interest rates can refuse to pay that level of interest as the loan was originally un-secured and therefore attacted a nominally higher interest rate/penalty charges?
Opposed to the much lower secured interest rates? I would love to be a solicitor right now the money to be made in group actions could be huge!
