"The business is very strong," Kennedy said. The Financial Services Authority, which regulates mortgage brokers, had no concerns about the business after conducting a visit in October which "went extremely well".

Sounds like they're really in trouble then.

I do hope it does go bust.

Ray Boulger's always being pimped by BBC's 5 Live as some sort of Mortgage guru so it would be a load warning to the plebs that the experts were never in control - the experts that they beleived and followed like lambs to the slaughter.

We would be better served listening to the likes of Ray Bolger (the Straw Man in the Wizard of Oz) than Ray Boulger ( for whom the Great Wizard will not be able to provide a brain, a heart or even courage).

Fascinating these numpties couldn't even make money when the going was easy.

Get this too:

Ian Kennedy, chief executive of the broker [...] said: "We're not in trouble at all."

Comedy worthy of Mr Arsetz himself.
