Guess who voted for a rate cut?

BBC News: Bank voted 7-2 not to cut rates

The Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) voted 7-2 to keep interest rates on hold at 5.25% this month, released minutes have shown.

Well Mr King & Sir John could be playing the good cop bad cop routine but as for Mr Blanchflower they might as well tell him not to bother turning up and put an automated tick in the box on his behalf to cut rates - he'd be calling for a cut if rates were at 0%.
