Welsh Liberal Democrats: Government misses opportunity to help key workers get on the housing ladder

It's a revealing topic, the issue of "key" workers and cost of housing. With the top jobs it is all a matter of market forces and rate for the job. With key (low paid) workers there is no increase in pay so they can afford housing. Instead it is all dubious govt schemes to give them a part share in somewhere to live. A suppression of market forces or just key workers, being poor, have no damn choice in where to live and work?
