Boston Herald: Frank wants state to buy foreclosed homes
Barney Frank (Rep) wants Uncle Sam to loan some $5 billion to buy foreclosed homes on the cheap and turn properties into affordable housing.

Rediculous. How can buying in a falling market to prop up prices achieve affordable housing?! Bailing out voters more like it!!!
Let the market fall and we can truly have affordable houses! Governments can often be stupidly contrarian. Surely they should buy at the bottom of the market to provide affordable housing?! But then again, Brown sold most of our gold when it was at around $300/ounce!!!!! This IDIOT is only matched by the bumbling stupidity of the Tories. Can we please be run by some sensible people?!
