Starting tonight a 3 part series focusing on one of the most heated of all British property hotspots. Meet the VI's who can sell a 3 bed house complete with damp problems for over 4 million pounds. However the economic tide has turned and is set to wash the bubble away, along with climate change which will sink this one time Dorset sand dune!

Might be worth watching to see how ghastly houses can go for so much. And it's not even that nice a place, right in the busy mouth of Poole harbour. See how old Harry's pad matches his good looks. It's a game of two halves all right.

Some people buy property with only a 20-year lease (or less) remaining. A house which will be swept away by tides or falling cliffs should be priced according to the same principle. This is just shock-and-awe TV of the most mind-numbing kind.
