They say that when the USA sneezes the UK catches a cold! With the demise of the subprime market in America not only is the UK starting to feel the effects of a chill but many parts of Europe are as well.
Now that the Buy to Let market in the UK is beginning to feel the effects of the credit crunch many are now selling up fast.
