Get down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Get down deeper and down
I want all the world to see
To see you're laughing
And you're laughing at me
I can take it all from you
Again again again again again again again
Deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Get down deeper and down
I have all the ways you see
To keep you guessing
Stop your messing with me
You'll be back to find your way
Again again again again again again again again
Deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Get down
Get down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Get down deeper and down
I have found you out you see
I know what you're doing
What you`re doing to me
I'll keep on and say to you
Again again again again again again again again
Deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Down down deeper and down
Get down
Anyone know whatever happened to glorious_sunshine?

@Paul - are you suggesting that house prices will in fact maintain the Status Quo?

Maybe he turned to an overinflated red giant before shrinking back to the size of a white dwarf.

Very witty, Jack C. :-)
Paul. Who is Glorious Sunshine? I've heard the name mentioned on here before.

Su - glorious sunshine was an irritating housing bull who clearly was either a wind-up merchant or had a lot of BTL property. He kept saying that house prices would only ever go up, but was hopeless in providing any possible insight as to why. Most of the time he just wrote out loads of completely rubbish song lyrics and basically got on everyones nerves. Never engaged in any intelligent conversation from what I remember.
He is remembered fondly as one of the irritating bulls.

I have updated the price-to-earnings ratio chart on my blog (the one that the Nationwide used to do). I hope it's of some use to you.

Sadly, our comrades-in-blog, ["Caesium", "Glorious Sunshine", and the BTL Landlord bloke (sorry, can't remember his handle)] can no longer stand the heat in the kitchen. All have been effected by a dose of reality and have henceforth be unable to troll or quote lyrics. All are lying comatosed in the gutter as depressed home-owners and suicidal BTL[ose]-ers walk past. I haven't heard of "Mrs Flange" recently either.
On this occassion, intellectual rigour and economic sense have proven to be right - although it was a bloody long time in coming. Waiting for Godot?
I am increasingly smug when my propertied friends come and visit and I politely ask if they've had many viewers recently. I always let them know that my "stash" of gold is doing quite nicely though - and that my landlord has offered to cut my rent if I agree to a 2-year contract. He will be disappointed. He can cut the rent or I'm off!

I disagree He is remembered as one of the irritating bulls. Nothing fond about it though but rather a lot of bull.
