They most certainly have - I am still seeing "Sold" signs up from propoerties sold six months ago in the neighbourhood. That's desperate.

These chicks will be bricking it.

Still good to see house prices declines accelerating ...

It's almost as desperate as Poxtons minis driving round aimlessly in numbers to create the impression the London market isn't dead.
