Guardian: London suffers most as house prices fall
"London was hardest-hit by falling house prices in the final quarter of 2007, a new survey from the Halifax shows today, adding to the gloom in the housing market."

I think I read an article that London house price picked up last month, which must have been just another disinformation rather than information.
The truth is London price is likely to drop by 70% in the next few years to come. In extreme cases 80-85% drop is possible.
Any FTB should not grab a chance for at least two years. Otherwise he/she will be sorry for that,
