Just as buy-to-let owners in London are enjoying the best growth in rents and tenant demand in years, experts have given warning of sharp pain elsewhere in the country in the year ahead.

Best effort to give the impressioin that London should be immune from the crash. I think not. Rest assured, London will soon catch up, with the mother of all HPCs as triggered by the massive job losses in the City, with the inevitable ripple effect in retail and other 'shark sucker 'sectors that have been thriving on the fictitious feel-good factor and borrowed monies that never were.
