House prices unsustainable!

aboutproperty.co.uk: Homes 'unaffordable' in 96% of UK

With news out today of another drop in house prices and further news over 96% of UK houses unaffordable it looks like we could be in for a very sharp decline in house prices.

"sharp decline in house prices" - not necessarily! We could have rampant inflation just like Zimbabwe.

Some pundits are trying to talk down the interest rates to 4%. This would cut the pound's foreign exchange value and the price of everything would go up quickly. Wages would rise soon after. It's a possible scenario......
