All the SHAREHOLDERS should be sent a bill to cover the 2 billion pounds extra risk premium.
Shares can go up as well as down!
If the shareholders do not like it then let them take a class action and sue the director’s of Northern rock.
I would prefer taxpayers money to be spent on peaple whom deserve it nurses, hospitals pensioners etc
