I can't understand what purpose that woman serves apart from ramping up the property market. Now that it's obvious ramping is no longer possble isn't it about time the Times got rid of her? Fair enough if she was a bull / ramper / vi hype machine who could at least construct a decent argument for her "cause" in an elequent way even during a slump, but no... the best she can manage are these frankly bizarre rants, which come across as not clever, not funny, and to be honest a bit of an embarrassment.
