No let up in Spending in Exeter. All I see are NEETs and flocks of orange, botoxed, be-jewelled women hoovering up expensive hand bags with steely determination. A final consumer frenzy is under way before the Bank of MEW finally closes it's doors, the youth of the UK realise there will bo NO inheritance left and they are mired in debt for the next 50 years. The Knowledge Economy? replace 'Knowledge' with 'B***sh**' and you get are far more accurate appraisal of Gooordon's miracle economy!
