So the chancellor has a meeting with 3 financial sector leaders and they decide that there is no rush to change financial regulation.

Reuters: Darling says no rush to change financial regulation

"It was agreed to establish an experts group of financial services representatives to inform the Government's approach to international discussions affecting the financial services industry." Wednesday's meeting was the third of its kind where financial sector leaders such as Morgan Stanley International Chairman Jonathan Chenevix-Trench and Barclays Group Chief Executive John Varley meet alongside politicians such as London Mayor Ken Livingstone.

I'm speechless !!!!
