I seem to remember both Citi and Merrill only having a few billion....to begin with

Really, Mr Varley? Really Mr Diamond? Are you sure? Chuck and Stan only had small losses, or so they said. And then these losses turned out to be $15bn+. Each.
You wouldn't lie to us would you Mssr Diamond and Varley? You wouldn't let your egos get in the way of truth?
