Anyone who trained as an assessor should haver done their homework and thought it all through ie how many people were training nationally, factoring in a slowdown in the market and most of all the effect of these HIP costs deterring a sizeable impulsive sellor market. Its not rocket sciene is it ?!! Sorry but you deserve what is coming because you thought it was an "easy way to make a living with a clip board and a suit "sorry life is not that simple.
Perhaps you people should retrain as bailiffs , there will be an increase in demand for these most likely

Unfortunately their old jobs have now been taken my migrant workers. They might as well slip off their stepladders and go on disability benefit!

Market competition rules will apply then. HIPS will only cost a tenner in the future. Take it or leave Mr.energy assessor.

Anyone who became an energy assessor should have done his home work and factored in certain key points , ie how many people were training nationally , the high probability that the housing market was due to slow down or sooner or later and finally the fact that the cost of HIPs would deter many impulsive sellors and that they were on a sticky wicket. I think they thought it was a nice easy earner with "a clipboard and a suit" Well tough !! you have been ripped off by this govt just like many others. Infact the whole HIPS debacle was never going to work. Perhaps you assessors should retrain as bailiffs as this will be a growing martket due to all the debt and credit card "maxed" heads in this country.

I do not know how they can print rubbish like this. The same is true for Rover workers, coal miners etc. I will write an article for them. "Too many unemployed city slickers collapse London housing market" At least that will be worth reading
