Crash Gordon still thinks he made the right decisions - time will tell.

BBC News: Brown defends record amid polls

"Brown insists the economy is not in for a rough ride -- which could torpedo his long-term electoral prospects."
and to top it off....
"What I'm saying about Britain is that it's possible for us, having taken the right decisions on monetary policy ... to steer a course of stability through these difficult times."

The right decisions for who exactly? Not if you want to buy a house they weren't.

Gordon Brown will keep making the "right" decisions... When unemployment looks like rising... Guess what? ... So will the school leaving age. When inflation looks to be heading upwards.. Lets change the contents of the inflation basket ( include more luxury goods perhaps..). In the event that these ploys do not work he can always blame the Global economy!!

The one sure thing is that when the sh1t gits the fan good old Gordon will be NOT be responsible!!!

All NuLab are the same, Jack Straw on BBC today another example of sticking up for GB efforts at being PM. They never stop blaming the Cons for everything, be it Northern Rock or the loss of data, they all try and swing the blame.
Why carn't they just admit they have got it wrong, they would be a lot better thought of if they did.
