Financial Times: House price correction threatens EU growth
Among the threats it identifies is a worsening of the financial turmoil that could hit housing markets in Europe as well as the US “thereby deepening and prolonging the ongoing corrections”.

This country as with others has been reliant on house price growth funding the spending habits if the nation.
It is only to be expected that the economies of countries will be shafted once the growth stops.
Why do you think they have sat on the fence watching up until now?
