BBC: Have house prices fallen in your area?

UK house prices saw their biggest fall in 12 years during November, according to the Nationwide. Are you affected?

Look at the graph on this home page and check out the exact mirror profile of the apex between now and the late 80's early 90's. A very steep climb followed by a hiatus then another lesser push to the top. Lets see if the precipitous fall is mirrored too.

The higher the rise the larger the retracement this will be deep. 50%. We still are unsure about the crash effects across the board. which I think will be huge.

CARDIFF, Wales:
A lot more For Sale signs going up. Properties languishing for weeks (such as my friend's 2-bed terrace for £145K - 2 months on market and no viewings or offers). Price reductions all over the estate agent's shop. Plenty of rentals available and landlords taking offers. Fun times.
