I think this is a hideous move. Make an excuse and get out of it now.

Of course i bow to David Camerons PR superiority, but this doesnt look good. Talk about trying to lose when you are ahead.

I was told yesterday by somebody travelling that a local had said Britain was a "Third World country masquarading as First World."

Now this may be an exaggerated, but there is no need to hurry to that point.

Kirsty may well be able to give the Tories some good advice on how to simplify the system of homebuying, but I suspect she was primarily chosen because she is a celebrity who spoke against Labour and HIPs.

Oh well, there's always the Lib Dems...

Well - this would explain why so few people can be bothered to vote anymore.

Sad acts.

Oh for heavens sake. Its hardly difficult now is it?
The only thing in my experience is lazy solicitors who do things at their own pace.
There is nothing wrong with HIPS at all.

Want to help first time buyers? Well bring prices down. Simple.
It's funny how 'scared' politicians are to just say " prices need to drop by at least 30% " - thats our policy.
But truth and politics are two words that just dont meet often.

The answer is, Sweet Cameron is not thinking anything. He is no less a man with no substance than Bliar is.

Oh, come come now. Cameron is all spin, why? Because he has no party to lead, they all brief against each other so progressive policies and debate are stifled, period. The only reason any of you will have missed that is a naive notion of the grass being greener in reaction to a long Labour rule. The only politician of any substance in leadership now is Livingstone, because he is willing to take a stand against vested interests who want a piece of London, Blair on the other hand was successful because he pandered to the demands of vested interests (who supported him by bankroll and media) he span to block those like Livingstone who do things like try and stop international financiers taking control of (and almost destroying) the tube by politically correct forms of privatisation such as public private partnerships, and look who got egg on their face in that spat.

She'll be running for an MP post next! And whatever area she's representing is probably a good location to buy a house.

Probably a bad mover for Cameron though when HPC starts getting published, the last person you want standing in you ranks is a full blown Anti HPC guru. Then again she could spin off a new show called affordable affordable affordable.

Hehe i bet Gordo is laughing his balls off.

Cameron would be better employed working out how the UK's citizens might pay off their debts.

We haven't even got a flagship industry. The Financial Sector was holed below the water line when it hit the (Northern) Rock.

Remember which party got us into this mess - the Conservatives.

Labour simply carried on with the Thacherite policies of the 80s - without even pausing for breath.

Tony Bliar = David Camerafone

"Cameron" is an old scottish name that means "my ancester had a bent nose"

Cameron literally means crooked/bent/hook nose whereas Campbell means crooked/bent/hook mouth so Bliar's Liemaster General was well named.

Why stop with Kirstie Allsopp? What about all the other departments?

Employment: Matt Allwright (& Dan)
Health: John McCririck
Sport: Wayne Rooney
Foreign Office: Michael Palin
The Exchequer: Noel Edmonds
Environment: Dan Corbett

Let's put the substance back into British politics!

Sirgoogle, you need to get a grip mate. The Conservatives saved this country from Labour and the Unions - you simply cannot deny that simple fact.

Are you seriously denying that Ken is one fo the most dedicated and honest politicians (I know, I know - it's all relative)???

Personally I think he is one of the few, if not only, politicians worth voting for. As evidenced by the distance between him and neu liebor.

Who would you vote for? Boris?
