Shanghai Composite Index explodes

Safe Haven: A Rare "Double Event"

I am interested in the second half of this article. Look at the Shanghai Composite Index graph. It has passed 6000. Back in the summer when it was 4000, I thought it had the capacity to double. There can only be 3-6 months left in this vertical lift-off.

Over the next 6-12 months we are looking at a triple whammy of crises
1. Currency crises, starting in Eastern Europe and spreading out
2. Emerging stock markets to crash
3. Western economies to enter recession/slow sharply. Stocks and property to head south but not at 1987 crash levels.

The west may slash IRs right down but the emerging economies cannot as they have inflation to fight. Eventually the USD, GBP and EUR will fall sharply.
