Jones Lang LaSalle yesterday recorded its worst auction result for nine years.

Property Week: Worst Jones Lang auction result since 1998

The UK’s second largest property auctioneer sold only 62% of the 86 properties offered in the room, its worst success rate since July 1998.

The result will bring fresh uncertainty to the market

"Strong economic fundamentals" will support the market, the VI chorus goes.

My bottling, Stalinist spinning ar5e they will.
What strong fundamentals?

Given CPI is a fake, what makes us think our unemployment data is any more reliable than that in the US?

It happens to be true that there are hardly any unemployed people in England.

Admittedly there are 15 million on job seekers allowance and another few million under some other label. The government have appointed 10million air-vice-marshalls on minimum wage etc etc but there are no unemployed.
